Enviropak 4029 is a high tensile strength extruded aramid fiber yarn packing for all abrasive applications. It is not recommended in steam or boiling water

Enviropak 1140 is manufactured from 100% genuine GFO yarn.It has excellent thermal conductivity and abrasion reistance. Enviropak 1140 is a great general purpose packing that will not hydrolyse and is unaffected by almost all chemicals.

Enviropak 1121 is a thermally stable, chemically resistant, dry white PTFE fiber packing that will  not harden or shrink is size in any valve service meeting Valve Manufacturer’s Association specifications.

Braided from the best carbon yarn and completely lubricated with standard packing for use in pulp and paper agitators , reactors , mixers and stock pumps.

This is an exceptional 95% carbon yarm packing impregnated with sub-micronized graphite particles and coated with a special break-in lubricant. Excellent results are obtained in boiler feed pumps, on agitators, in valves , on reciprocating equipment, oil drilling and down hole tools.

The selection of gaskets requires expertise and know-how since ever greater reliability coupled with the lowest possible leakage rates are demanded of gasket materials.The exacting demands made onthe tightness of gasket materials (e.g.Tightness class L0.01) mean that with increasing internal pressure higher surface pressures must be applied to the gasket.It must be shown that the flange joint will tolerate the demands made on it without being mechanically overloaded. Furthermore, the surface pressure applied to create the seal should never fall below the required minimum value since this will reduce the life of the gasket. Highly stressed,but not overstressed gaskets have a longer life than understressed gaskets. If the gasket fitted will be subjected to non-static loading, or will suffer stress fluctuations during discontinuous operation, it is advisable to choose a gasket which is not prone to embrittlement with increasing temperature (e.g. KLINGERgraphite laminate or KLINGERtop-chem), especially for steam and/or water applications.
